• Original Mark Sheet of 10+2 or equivalent
• Original CLC from the College
• Six (6) pcs colour Photograph
• Bank Draft or Cash as Fee
• Draft will be in name of Ankur Institute of Pharmacy payable at Ranchi.
• Draft will be in name of City Nursing College payable at Ranchi.

Uniforms

• The Institute students will have to abide by dress code. The dress will be as per college/council guide line.

Rules of Examinations

• The Candidate will fill and send the enrolment/examination form of the Institute, Minimum attendance appear in the exam is 75% (Practical 100%) In case of shortage of attendance, permission in exceptional secure minimum 40% of marks, in Theory as well as Practical examinations to be declared as pass candidate, The Candidate who gets 75% or more marks will be declared pass with distinction.
